Step 1 - Submit a request by email or Instagram DM with all the necessary details.

Step 2 - You will receive a reply estimate based on your request.

Step 3 - If you choose to proceed you will receive a PayPal invoice. A 50% (non-refundable)     deposit is required before painting starts.

Step 4 - You will be added to my calendar/commission list with a rough estimate of the completion date.

Step 5 - You will receive concept art. Painting starts after all parties (Client/Artist) are in agreement of the artwork details and concept art.

Step 6 - You will continue to receive updates or work in progress pictures/videos until completion.

Step 7 - Once the invoice is paid in full. I will ship your custom item with added insurance based on the item and artwork value.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our custom products, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges or warranties. Each custom is meticulously hand-painted to achieve a one-of-a-kind design. The time it takes to paint varies on details and difficulty. Therefore, it would not be fair for me to issue a refund after completing the service. This is an artwork purchase NOT a product purchase. Normal wear and tear will apply to the most vulnerable or used area of each item.

Yes, however products must be BRAND NEW and unworn. I reserve the right to send your item back if we feel that it has been were previously worn, dirty or not up to my standards.

Yes, shipping costs will apply and added to your invoice.

Form of payment is through PayPal invoice. That is what we use for receipts and proof of purchase.

Turnaround time varies depending on the project and current orders in commission list.

All of my custom wearable artwork is coated with acrylic seal finish binding the paint and material of the product. Although, if you want to keep your custom art from getting dirty, we suggest using non harsh soap and water. We do not recommend putting your custom art in the washing machine and dryer. Use lightly damp cloth to gently wipe off dirt.
